Transfer of Processed Personal Data: Your personal data may be transferred to our Virtual POS infrastructure providers, banks, and authorized public institutions within the framework of legal obligations, in accordance with Article 8 of the KVKK, to ensure the provision of services and secure payment collection.
3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection: Your personal data is collected entirely in electronic environment through membership, reservation, and payment screens on our website. These processing activities are based on the legal ground stipulated in Article 5/2-c of the KVKK: 'Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract.'
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as the data subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if processed, request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed, and request the deletion of your data.
